The founder of the company, Mr. Fu Zifen, was born in Xishan Village, Fengzhou Town, Nanan city (now Xiamei town, in 1999, part of the original Fengzhou district was set up xiamei town), who has witnessed and witnessed the reform and opening up. With entrepreneurial spirit, pioneering spirit and keen business acumen, he is one of the few first-generation entrepreneurs still active in the front line of management since the founding of new China.
When He was young, Mr. Fu happened to encounter the three years of economic difficulties from 1959 to 1961. Due to the lack of food, he had to eat one meal a day. Because of his active, outgoing, and many ideas, he was chosen as "king of children" by his age in his childhood. In 1964, after several rounds of selection, he and 12 classmates from the same commune were admitted to Nan 'an No.1 Middle School with excellent results.
Every week, they had to trek four or five hours over the Eight Chi Ridge, carrying food and sweet potatoes on their backs to get to school. However, the difficult environment made him cherish his studies. The learning conditions were extremely simple, and the light would be turned off at nine o 'clock every night. Because he was taught by the ancient people to borrow light from the wall, he and some of his classmates often took books under the street lamp after turning off the light, learning by the faint light of the tungsten lamp. When they were tired, they washed their faces with cold water and continued learning, often forgetting the time. During the period of studying in Nanyi University, the head teacher often organized class speeches, and every time he treasured them and volunteered for the assignment. In the speech, he improved his expression ability, thinking ability, exercise their courage. According to the classmate said: Mr. Fu study hard, good grades, writing good, competitive spirit is very strong...... However, in 1966, the "Cultural Revolution" interrupted his study, but the brief two-year study experience in Nan laid a solid foundation for his future growth and success.
Classes resumed in 1969. He wanted to continue his studies, but with six brothers and sisters in his family, his financial situation was so poor that he left school with tears in his eyes, considering his responsibilities as the eldest son. In order to relieve the economic pressure of his family, he went out to participate in the construction of the third line at a young age, building roads and water conservancy in Fujian Jiangle and Guangze. The working and living conditions there are terrible. At that time, the migrant workers' educational level was relatively low, he was a junior high school student, plus he could bear hardships and stand hard work, so he was arranged to engage in surveying work; Surveying in the wild mountains, there is no open road, often encounter poisonous snakes, but exercise his courage. With an open mind to consult and a willingness to study, he soon mastered the technique of measurement. With surveying technology, he went to Jiangxi and other places in 1971 to undertake engineering construction, living in the wind and sleeping rough, both as a contractor and a construction worker. In 1975, he was arrested by the Fengzhou Commune as a contractor. More than 50 people were imprisoned in The Houtan Farm in Fengzhou, where they worked at the construction site during the day and received education and lectures at night. Through this sudden storm, he is more mature and stronger.
In 1976, before the horn of reform and opening up was blown, he threw himself into auto parts production with amazing courage and soon accumulated his first bucket of gold in life. In the 1980s, after the rise of science and technology, he caught the changes of The Times with a keen eye. In 1986, he transferred to the electronics industry, and went to Shanghai, Xiamen and other places to invest and start his own business. In addition, he sticks to the principle that extreme things will reverse, and measures the situation in times of crisis. In 2008, when the financial crisis swept Asia and many companies faced a huge crisis, he boldly expanded and increased investment in infrastructure. Seize the opportunity, enterprise scale can expand.
Mr. Fu has been on the road of entrepreneurship all his life, and often summarizes his own experience. 'Starting a business is not always smooth sailing, especially at the beginning, there are always many unexpected difficulties,' he said.
